"TERRE LUNGHE," SOAVE, DOC, 2006
  Azienda Agricola Vicentini Agostino

The Agostino Vicentini vineyard is approximately 35 acres and is located in Colognola ai Colli in Verona.

In the past, the word "Soave" usually meant a wine that was inexpensive, light, clean and boring. No more. Today's winemakers are elevating quality standards, bringing dignity back to the name. Here is a truly "new" Soave.

Tasting notes: full-bodied, silky in texture, and packed with aromas and flavors of lemon and pineapples.

Two bicchieri “The stand out white again this year is Vigneto Terrelunghe..with subtle aromas of flowers and aromatic herbs on the nose. The palate maintains its grip, showing enviably tangy and lingering.” Gambero Rosso, Italian Wines 2007
RECENT VINTAGE - 2004
* * (Two Stars) Very Good – Distinctive - "Honeyed apple and bright lemon flavors are balanced by mouth-tingling acidity." Food&Wine’s Wine Guide 2007
Two bicchieri: "The Soave Terrelunghe is a skillful interpretation of the cool 2004 vintage that shows aromas of fresh flowers, apple and pear fruit and hints of citrus then a concentrated palate that still manages to be vibrant and supple."
